Original Artwork Ownership
By purchasing a painting from northernart11, you acquire ownership of the physical artwork canvas. The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the visual artwork. The collector may not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the artwork design without prior written consent from the artist.
Pricing & Status Availability
Original works are subject to availability. A painting is reserved and sold only upon receipt of payment confirmation through our integrated secure gateway (Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of packaging and domestic shipping insurance.
Liability Limitations
While we guarantee the accuracy of provenance and authenticity certificates, the gallery is not liable for secondary damages occurring to the painting due to improper exhibition environments (e.g. exposure to high moisture, direct harsh sunlight, or physical impact).
