Museum-Grade Custom Crating

To ensure museum-grade protection, each painting is prepared using custom archival packaging. Unframed canvases are wrapped in pH-neutral glassine paper, surrounded by heavy-duty bubble wrap, and shipped in double-walled telescoping art boxes. Large-scale original works are packed in customized wooden crates built to size by professional fine-art handlers.

Transit Partners & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for the declared purchase value. For domestic delivery within India, we partner with Sequel Logistics to provide high-security, climate-aware shipping. International shipments are handled by premium carriers such as DHL Express or specialized art shippers like Convelio.

Delivery Times & Tracking

Crating and custom packaging take 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, transit times are typically:

• Domestic (India): 3 to 6 business days.
• International: 5 to 10 business days (subject to customs clearance).

A tracking code and transit receipt will be sent directly to your registered email address upon collection by the courier.
