7-Day Collector Inspection Window

We understand that fine art must be experienced in person to appreciate its full texture, scale, and luminosity. We offer a 7-day inspection period for all original paintings. If the artwork does not meet your expectations in your space, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of signing for delivery.

Return Shipping Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the painting must be in the exact same pristine condition as received. It must be packed securely in its original packaging (including custom wooden boxes or double-walled art crates) and shipped via an insured, trackable art courier.

Return packaging and shipping logistics are the responsibility of the collector, and transit insurance must cover the full value of the artwork during return transport.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned artwork, our gallery will inspect the painting for any damage or alteration. Once verified, a full refund (minus original outbound shipping costs) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
